Shipping Policy

RJI Collectibles is an online-only reseller of sealed sports and entertainment trading cards. All orders are shipped directly to customers. We do not offer in-store pickup or local retail collection.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-demand releases, preorders, or peak periods.

Orders containing preorder items will ship only once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other comparable shipping services, depending on destination, service availability, and order size.

Shipping costs and available service options are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier performance. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any applicable customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees

  • Compliance with local import regulations

RJI Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier handling.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a shipment is delayed, we encourage customers to contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We are happy to assist where possible.


Lost or Delivered Shipments

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the carrier to initiate a claim. We will assist with documentation as needed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund.
