Order Cancellation & Refused Shipments

Orders canceled after fulfillment has begun or shipments that are refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any additional return shipping or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions: If the cancellation or refusal is the result of an error on our part (such as shipping the incorrect item), no restocking fee will apply.
